My Story

When I was a little girl, I had big dreams for myself. I wanted to be an event planner and travel the world. I studied abroad in Florence, Italy and graduated from Rowan University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations.

What I didn’t know is that my life had entirely different plans for me.

Life can be funny like that.

In my late teens, I suffered from something I knew nothing about. For years I battled a painful addiction that fully had me in its grip, with no way out. At 23 years old I was admitted to my last treatment center and within the first 30 days, I found out I was pregnant with my son.

These were some of the hardest years my life.

While raising my son I worked in the behavioral health field to help others, just like me, find a solution.

In my early 20’s I was introduced to yoga. I started connecting to my higher self through a transformative practice of vinyasa and meditation. My practice brought me an inner peace and serenity I had never experienced before. This was the key to unlock certain gifts that were buried deep inside of me.

Through a combination of mind, body, and spirit work, I was able to connect to my deeper, truer self.

I became fascinated with hypnosis and energy healing as I began to experience a newfound freedom, enlightenment, and confidence in myself.

After years of being in survival mode, feeling as if I was drowning under heavy water, I finally felt like I was living…instead of just existing.

I was called specifically to hypnotherapy and reiki healing to help others. After a few years, I implemented inner wisdom therapy into my practice, using an approach to healing that helps individuals access their natural wisdom for personal growth, emotional balance, and self-discovery.

I am here to help you…

I wanted to turn my passion for healing others into something more.

I know what it’s like to be stuck in a dark place, for a long time. I know what it’s like to suffer without a solution.
